Due to the limited capacity of our venue and the fact that we are reserving your place once you purchase your entry into a showcase, we cannot offer to refund your money after your purchase has been made. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is to ensure that the artists that we are booking here at the Hideaway Cafe can be assured that their shows that are sold out do not change and cause issues with the 60 available reservations.

SHIPPING
Tickets are WILL CALL only and your printed receipt from online purchases (as well as a photo ID) will serve as your entry to the show (as no tickets are sent out).

For this reason also, we cannot guarantee a reservation without payment. Thank you and we appreciate your help in assuring that the artists we book here are well taken care of and the audience, in turn, is in for a great show.
